Our WaveTrack leak monitoring and positioning system has been supported oil and gas pipelines operating in good and safe status. The system is run by negative pressure wave models, flow balance models, and AI data-based deep learning models, which are all with independent intellectual property rights. Now we supply a system availability standard as 99.77AIH, which means the accumulated failure hours of ten equipment in five years will no longer than 1 hour.
Our data collection unit, which we have possessed independent intellectual property rights, serves as the core unit of the remote maintenance system. It monitors the status of PLC, ESD and other equipment in the field stations/valve boxes. It provides real-time alarms, and is available for remote maintenance. The unit features redundancy and self-diagnostic functions, connecting to third-party equipment, customized protocols, and adaptation to network encryption requirements, which delivers a reliable solution for oil and gas pipeline system monitoring.
